These Terms of Service govern your use of the Easy Daisy website and your purchase of our products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their delivery information. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our website.

Flowers and foliage are natural, seasonal products. Color, size, shape, variety, and arrangement may vary from photographs while preserving the overall style and value of the design.

When a pictured flower or container is unavailable, we may make a substitution of comparable style, quality, and value. For a substantial change, we will try to contact you when reasonably possible.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; Easy Daisy does not store your complete payment-card number.

An order is subject to product availability and our ability to fulfill it. We may reject or cancel an order because of an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to complete delivery. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the refund required by applicable law.

Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient, address, access, and contact information.

Requests to change or cancel an order and concerns about an order are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

You are responsible for gift messages and other content you submit. You may not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, or use the website to interfere with its security or operation.

We may decline to reproduce a message or fulfill an order that we reasonably believe violates these terms or could cause harm.

Some flowers and plants may be harmful if consumed and may trigger allergies or sensitivities. Keep arrangements away from children and pets when appropriate, and seek professional advice if you have a specific safety concern.

Some arrangements may include floral wire, decorative pins, pearl pins, picks, or other small or sharp decorative components. Flowers, stems, thorns, wires, pins, and accessories may cause injury if handled carelessly or misused. Please handle arrangements with care, keep them away from children and pets, and do not use any flowers, stems, pins, wires, or accessories to poke, strike, or harm another person.

The website, branding, photographs, designs, text, and other content are owned by Easy Daisy or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit its content without permission.

We provide the website on an “as available” basis and do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Daisy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version; the terms presented when you place an order govern that transaction.
